I include the JoomJComments 3.0.0 module in the Admin Panel
i don't understand. Which module position do you use?
JoomJComments 3.0.0 is a frontend module to submit comments in the detailed view (for images) or category view (for categories).
Possible module positions there are, for example, 'jg_detailbtm' or 'jg_detailpane' for detailed view.

included the module jg_btm_dtl_detail (JoomGallery)
everything works perfectly
i have included template module position-2 (Protostar for Joomla)
