I've been spending hours to found a solution but I just can't seem to find what's wrong:
Description text is showing up in one category, but not in same level categories? Settings are good imho (since the first category created shows the description text)...

Hi,
the difference is that one category contains an image and the other categories does not contain images.
The category description is only displayed if the category contains images (and not just subcategories).
With an template override, the description can be displayed even if the category does not contain any images.
Something similar has already happened here.
